This beautiful detached holiday home (150 sqm) has been completely renovated and is equipped with split air-conditioning (cold/warm) and a fast Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV and PlayStation console.

The villa is located in the quiet residential district Alberes, yet close to the beach, shop, restaurants and the city center (approx. 750m). This vacation home is equipped with modern furniture and appealing interior, as well as a nice lounge style sitting area outside at the covered terrace, in order to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your holidays in Empuriabrava.

Further, on the left from the entrance: 2 double bedrooms with a 1,80 double beds (2x 90cm twin beds, contigous or separate use) and one common bathroom (shower, basin and toilet). In Spring 2023, this bathroom has been adapted to the needs of disabled guests.

On the right side: 2 master suites with their private bathrooms each (with walk-in shower, basin and toilet) and one bedroom with a 1,80 m double bed (not divisible) and the second bedroom with a 1,60m double bed.
